A Seasonal Vegetarian Supper by Chef Nathalie Jones
At Muse, food is memory, process, a way to cultivate and create new memories. Simple but nostalgia-inducing. That's what muse.supperclub is.
We believe that vegetables can tell a complete story. Our menus do not mimic meat or shy away from indulgence; instead, they embrace the full, expressive potential of seasonal produce-fermented, roasted, smashed, pickled, steeped, whipped, and layered.
For this special supper, we're taking over The Three Tuns, one of Sheffield's oldest pubs, where warmth resonates in the wood grain and tales echo from the cellar. We will transform the space into a candlelit dining room for one night only, where shared plates meet communal tables, allowing you to immerse yourself in the wonders of muse.supperclub.

This evening's menu unfolds in a series of movements, transitioning from brightness and spice to warmth and softness, all grounded in comfort.
This is food meant to be savored slowly, served family-style, and accompanied by natural wines that whisper rather than shout-wines selected to enhance acidity, texture, and a hint of the wild.
This is supper as it should be: slow, social, and crafted with care.
