At Muse, food is memory, process, a way to cultivate and create new moments. Simple but nostalgia-inducing- that’s what Muse.supperclub is.

Picture this: long, sprawling tables, candles flickering, drinks flowing, food being shared, and memories being made.

We believe vegetables can tell a complete story. Our menus don’t mimic meat or shy away from indulgence; instead, they embrace the expressive potential of seasonal produce fermented, roasted, smashed, pickled, steeped, whipped, and layered.

For this special supper, we’re taking over The Castle, one of Macclesfield’s most beloved pubs. With its centuries-old beams and storied corners, The Castle is a place steeped in history and conviviality. For one night only, its rooms will be transformed into a candlelit dining hall where shared plates meet communal tables, inviting you to slow down and immerse yourself in the wonders of Muse.supperclub.

Guided by Chef Nathalie Jones—cookbook author (Easy As) and maker of @muse.supperclub—this evening’s menu unfolds in a series of movements, shifting from brightness and spice to warmth and softness, always grounded in comfort.

This is food meant to be savoured slowly, served family-style, and remembered long after the night ends.
This is supper as it should be: slow, social, and crafted with care.
